Factors Leading to Pain: Intercourse, vaginal examination, tampon insertion

Causes of Illness: Had a series of yeast and bladder infections when first married. Also ended up having a partial hymenectomy after a year of marriage because it was still partially intact, so the problem may have preceded the infections.

Symptoms

  • Burning
  • Pain
  • Redness
  • Cracked/Thin Skin
  • Pain with Other Penetration (Tampons etc.)

Treatments

    Anti epileptic drugs, nerve blocks, estrogen creme, and more
